لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah
There is no power and no strength except through Allah.
When and how to practice
Context: While hearing the adhan; respond from the heart. Source routine: Respond phrase by phrase, not one fixed repeated count. Repeat the mu’adhdhin phrase by phrase. At BOTH Ḥayya ʿalaṣ-ṣalāh (come to prayer) and Ḥayya ʿalal-falāḥ (come to success), say the hawqalah shown. Repeat the final takbīr and tahlīl. Tap once after the whole response, from the heart.
