أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullahal-ladhi la ilaha illa huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum, wa atubu ilayh
I seek forgiveness from Allah, besides whom none deserves worship, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and I repent to Him.
